1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website or engaging the IT and engineering services of aaisol Technologies (“the Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into an agreement on behalf of a company or entity, you confirm that you have legal authority to bind that entity.

2. Scope of IT & Engineering Services

All software development, web applications, mobile apps, artificial intelligence tools, data analysis, and technical consulting deliverables are governed by individual Statements of Work (SOW) or project proposals agreed upon between aaisol and the client.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment of agreed project fees, all custom client deliverables, application source code, and design assets belong 100% to the client. aaisol retains rights only to pre-existing open-source frameworks, generalized libraries, and standard development tools.

4. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

We treat all client business information, blueprints, customer data, and source code with strict confidentiality. Both parties agree to protect proprietary technical information with the highest standard of care.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall aaisol be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our digital website or third-party cloud hosting infrastructure.
